Helpful Legal Information for the Public
Becoming involved in the Court system can be intimidating, especially if you are not represented by an attorney. If you would like to obtain a lawyer, please contact the Delaware County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service at (610) 566-6625, extension 221.
If you are trying to find information for yourself, listed below are some of the more common forms used in Court and an explanation of what those forms are. This section of the website is NOT intended to provide legal advice but is for informational purposes only.
REMEMBER, THESE FORMS ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR CONSULTING WITH AN EXPERIENCED ATTORNEY.
If you would like to consult with an attorney, please contact the DCBA Lawyer Referral Service at (610) 566-6625, extension 221.
