Becoming involved in the Court system can be intimidating, especially if you are not represented by an attorney.  If you would like to obtain a lawyer, please contact the Delaware County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service at (610) 566-6625, extension 221.

Filing Fees

For a list of filing fees for family court matters, Click Here.

If you are unable to pay the filing fees, you may file a Petition to ask the Court to waive those fees.  This Petition is called an "In Forma Pauperis".  You can find a copy of that Petition by Clicking Here.
