Room Rentals
The Delaware County Bar Association has conference rooms/meeting space which is available for rental. (Rentals are avialble during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) Below is a description of the space we have available:
AUDITORIUM- The Auditorium is a large meeting room which can accommodate up to 150 people. This space has movable tables and can be configured in any number of ways. Also, there is a state of the art audiovisual system available. The cost for rental of the auditorium is $125.00 for a half day and $250.00 for a full day.
BOARD ROOM- The Board Room can accommodate approximately 20 people and is ideal for a corporate meeting. The cost for rental is $75.00 for a half day and $150.00 for a full day.
CONFERENCE ROOM- The Conference Room is located on the lower level of the Bar Building and can accommodate between 10 and 15 people. Half day rental is $50.00 and full day rental is $100.00.
Please be advised that rental fees do no include food or set up. If you are renting the space, you are free to bring in food and beverages from the outside. Also, all renters must provide a certificate of insurance upon application for rental.
