American Inns of Court

The Guy G. deFuria Chapter of the American Inns of Court, is a Section of the Delaware County Bar Association which was chartered in 1990. We were organized to promote collegiality and excellence in the practice of law. Approximately eighty members of the Inn meet six (6) times each year for dinner and substantive programs.

We have special functions from time to time, such as the seminar we sponsored in 1995 for six (6) CLE credit hours entitled: "The Common Sense Rules of Trial Advocacy" given by Keith Evans, Esquire, a Barrister from England.

Those interested in joining should express that interest by writing to the President of our chapter. Annual dues are Fifty Dollars ($50.00). Each dinner meeting is Thirty-five Dollars ($35.00) which includes the costs of one (1) CLE credit.

Because our meetings offer the opportunity to ask questions and to share professional experiences and knowledge in a social setting, we have been able to keep interest high and programs interesting.

Meetings are usually held at the Towne House Restaurant. Officers are elected in May of each year.
