Why become a member of the Delaware County Bar Association?

You, as a member of the Association, are part of the structure and governance which keeps members informed of the issues affecting lawyers and supports lawyers and the legal profession in Delaware County.

How do you become a member of the DelawareCounty Bar Association?

In accordance with the Bylaws of the Delaware County Bar Association, all requests for membership applications must be made in writing. If the attorney’s principal office is located in Delaware County, they should request a General Membership Application be sent to them. If the attorney’s principal office is not located in Delaware County, they should request an Associate Application be sent to them.

All requests in writing should be directed to: Elizabeth C. Price, Executive Director, Delaware County Bar Association, 335 West Front Street, Media, PA 19063. Once the request in writing has been received, the appropriate application will be mailed to the attorney, along with a cover letter stating the deadline for the return of the application, and a required $25.00 non-refundable application fee.
