 “ETHICAL DILEMMAS FOR THE FAMILY LAWYER:  E-MAILS, CELL PHONES, AND INADVERTENT DISCLOSURE”

 David N. Hofstein, Esquire, president of the domestic relations firm of Hofstein Weiner & Levit, P.C., will be speaking to us about the ethical concerns facing family lawyers as more and more exchanges are electronically recorded between parents and their children and other extended family members and those communications are being presented in open court.  Learn about the admissibility of these exchanges, metadata and other inadvertent disclosures from a distinguished lawyer, lecturer and advocate.
