Due to Acts 113 and 126 of the Pennsylvania legislature, the state Judicial Computer System Fee of $23.50 will increase to $35.50 effective August 8, 2014. This will impact filing fees in the various Court Departments. For specific changes to those filing fees, please click on the appropriate Department below.

The Delaware County Paralegal Association is sponsoring a "Back Pack Drive" to benefit City Team Ministries. If you have school supplies that you would like to donate, there will be a drop-off box located in the lobby of the Bar Building. The drive will run through August 7, 2014.
The Nominating Committee is soliciting letters of intent from general members who would like to serve as an Officer or Director in 2015. The Young Lawyers Section of the DCBA is sponsoring a happy hour on Thursday, July 31, 2014, from 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. at Diego's Restaurant on State Street in Media. Celebrate summer with the YLS and enjoy complimentary beer, wine, margaritas, and snacks.
DCBA President Jonathan Peri has been appointed to the Pennsylvania State Charter School Appeal Board by Governor Tom Corbett. In this role, Peri will be working with the Secretary of Education and board members for excellence in education in the commonwealth. Congratulations to Jon Peri on this appointment.
